・Check in is from 15h00 and until 21h00. We cannot accommodate you at any other time.
・It is imortant to enter the credit card number you will use for payment. if you want to use different card for payment later on, you will need to cancel the resevation and book again with the card you want to use for payment.
Reservations will be canceled, 7days prior to arrival when payment takes place, if card information is incomplete.
・ Kyoto City Accommodation Tax will be collected at check out.
・Confirmation emails have a domain "airhost". Please check your spam folder, also.
・Cancellations and changes of your reservation must be made by yourself via the “Reservation Confirmation/Cancellation” link at the bottom of that email.
・Children over 12 years old are welcome. They are counted as adults.
・In the interests of eco-friendliness, towels are changed and rubbish collected daily, and full cleaning, including sheet change is every 4 days.
・Small dogs are welcome in unit 22, 23 ＆36. Please see our Pet Policy on the website and contact us by telephone BEFORE reservation.
